At Stately we work closely with premium brands before, during and after they are featured on the site. Every product featured is therefore guaranteed to be genuine.

Pricing

We offer highly competitive prices for all our products based on our direct to market business model, with our curation team regularly checking them against other online competitors. If we find a competitor offering a better nationwide price for the same individual product, sold with the same service conditions, we'll lower our price to match.

Easy Returns

If you are not satisfied with the item you have received, you can return it within 30 days of the delivery date. Items can be returned only if they are intact and in the same condition as when received. The product should be returned unused and in its original packaging.

You simply need to email returns at stately dot co dot za and your account manager will arrange for collection of the item.

Guarantee

Every product sold by Stately.co.za is protected by the Consumer Protection Act No. 68 of 2008. Stately is liable in case of products that do not conform to their description, as detailed below.

In case of a faulty product, the customer can contact Customer Service. Once the defect is verified, the customer is entitled to a replacement, free of charge, of the same product (if available) or equivalent.

The vendor shall be responsible for verifying defects arising in the first six months from delivery of the product, since it is presumed that they existed at the time of delivery; beyond six months the customer must demonstrate that malfunctioning is due to a product fault.

The guarantee does not cover defects caused by accidents (impact, squashing, scratches, etc.) or by improper use of the product, alterations, repairs or unauthorised work.

To benefit from the guarantee, please retain your purchase receipt found in the product package, along with the documents confirming shipping and delivery of the product.
